Only definitions and actions exposed by the control plane are available. Use preview before deployment, and treat --private as a network-exposure choice that should be reviewed by an administrator.

SQL utilities

These commands transform or inspect SQL locally; they do not execute it unless the command explicitly includes a cluster target.
