Approvals and evidence

Some operations create a run rather than executing immediately. The run can be pending approval, running, succeeded, failed, cancelled, or rolled back.

Use the returned run ID as the durable reference. Do not infer success from a request being accepted. Inspect status and, when available, summary/findings artifacts.
